Brand Marketeer Disney+

The Brand Marketeer will be responsible for marketing tactics and successful implementation of marketing plans for the brand campaigns of Disney+ in the Benelux. With a focus on The Netherlands, you make sure the branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns. Managing the briefing, execution and reporting, the Brand Marketeer takes care of the full trajectory for each brand campaign, eventually translating the marketing plans into creative and actionable campaign plans.

You will work closely and pro-actively together with internal and external business stakeholders, to understand the wider scope of the business and its objectives. The Brand Marketeer will undertake detailed analysis of campaign outcomes and performance to understand challenges and opportunities and propose new approaches to maximize the effectiveness of future campaigns.

The Brand Marketeer reports to the Marketing Manager Brand & Franchise Benelux and assists in the execution of the overall brand marketing strategy. You will also support in Content Marketing campaigns for Disney+ and integrated marketing opportunities.

Key responsibilities
Managing and implementing brand marketing campaigns for the Benelux market
Brief, assess and challenge the media agency, realizing the strongest possible paid campaign
Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports
Support the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to maintain brand identity
Support brand experiences and activations
Pro-actively align internal and external business stakeholders.

Experience required
Experience in working with a media agency; proven experience in marketing and media buying for offline channels (TV, radio, Out-of-home) and digital platforms
Proven experience in marketing, project management, or similar role
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken), French is a plus
Around 3-5 years of professional experience, executing brand marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels
Experience with creative concepts, events and various channel partners to drive awareness and distribution metrics
Good knowledge of the Dutch media landscape
Passion for the film, television and entertainment industry
Creative flair and knowledge of Disney brand and IP
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Broadcasting, Communications, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

The ability to work tight deadlines and adapt to changing business demands at short notice in an international environment
Strong organizational skills with very strong attention to details
Strong planning and co-ordination skills
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good stakeholder management skills.
